Everything you need to know about getting your glow delivered, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
Delivery
- UK delivery: £3.95 per order.
- Free UK delivery when your bag comes to £30.00 or more after any multi-buy savings. Discount codes never take it away.
- We pack every order by hand and dispatch within 1–2 working days.
- Most parcels arrive within 3–5 working days of ordering.
As soon as your order is on its way we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also check it any time on our order tracking page.
We currently deliver within the UK only. If you’re further afield, drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do.
Gift wrapping
Add gift wrapping at checkout for £2.50 and include a personal note. We never put prices in the parcel, so it’s perfect for sending straight to someone special.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email hello@glowtideshop.com with your order reference, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
- Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of soaps, bath salts, lip balms or dog treats once their seal or wrapping has been opened.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service.
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to the card you paid with. Standard delivery costs are refunded too if you return the whole order.
Something wrong with your order?
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, we’re so sorry. Email us within 30 days with your order reference and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage. Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 5 working days, let us know and we’ll chase it with the courier. If it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
