A New Tide: The Story Behind Glow Tide

Every brand starts somewhere. Ours started with a fresh start.

Sometimes life asks you to close one chapter before you know what the next one holds. That is where we found ourselves: packing up one thing, taking a deep breath and wondering what would come next. We spent a lot of evenings by the sea in that time, watching the sun go down and realising that endings can be beautiful too.

The idea

We wanted to make something that felt like those evenings. Warm, hopeful and kind. A little shop full of things that bring the seaside feeling into everyday life: handmade soaps and bath salts for slow nights, affirmation cards and candles for calm mornings, funny books and games for big laughs, and little gifts that say "thinking of you".

The name

Glow, because we believe everyone deserves to feel lit up from the inside. Tide, because tides always turn. Whatever is going on for you right now, it will not stay exactly like this forever. Good things come back in waves.

Every order is packed by hand, with care. We choose small makers and products we genuinely love. We will always tell you the truth about what we sell. And we will keep the Daily Glow going, with a new affirmation every morning, because sometimes a few kind words at the right time make all the difference.
