Abundance is not about having more. It is about noticing, savouring and sharing what is already here.
Abundance can sound like a word for people with big houses and bigger bank balances. It is not. Abundance is a feeling, and some of the richest moments in life cost almost nothing.
Eat one meal this week slowly, without a screen, tasting every bite. Drink your morning coffee sitting down. Read a chapter instead of scrolling. Savouring turns ordinary things into treats.
A sunrise. A long walk by the water. The library. A bath with the lights low. Your favourite album played from start to finish. A phone call with someone who makes you laugh. Wild blackberries in late summer. None of these cost a penny, and all of them feel like riches.
You are already richer than you feel. Look around.
Abundance needs space to land. Clear one shelf, one drawer, one corner. Give away what you do not use. It is easier to notice what you love when it is not buried under what you do not.
Abundance grows when it moves. Bake an extra loaf and give one away. Pass on a book you loved. Lend the good beach chairs. Generosity reminds you that you have enough to share.
Little luxuries matter. A soap that smells like a holiday, a candle with a kind word on the lid, a book that makes you laugh. Choose things that last, that are made with care, and that make you smile every time you use them. That is abundance too.
Go gently, and keep glowing.
Go gently — and keep glowing.
Know someone who’d love this? Pass it on.
