On new chapters, letting go, and why endings can be beautiful.
There is a reason people stop and stare at a sunset. It is an ending, and it is beautiful anyway.
New chapters rarely arrive neatly. Sometimes you have to close a door before the next one appears. That can feel scary, and it is also brave.
The tide shows us how it works. It goes out, and it always comes back. Low tide is not the end of the sea. It is a pause before the water returns.
If you are in a low-tide season right now, be gentle with yourself. Rest. Gather your people. Do the small things that make you feel like you again.
The sun will rise tomorrow, and so will you.
Go gently — and keep glowing.
